Board Elections
The Club annually elects eligible Club members to become its officers and directors. As a member of the Club, your help in proposing candidates is appreciated. You may propose yourself or any member. The 2025-2026 Election is underway.
Article V of the Club's By-Laws includes the following:
Section 1: The Nominating Committee shall submit eligible candidates for President, Vice President/Counsel, Vice President/Co-Counsel, Treasurer, and Secretary and one-half (1/2) of the Directors each year. This section was amended in 2024, ensuring that all officer positions, including President, Executive Vice President, and Vice President, are now elected annually. The automatic officer succession has been eliminated.
Section 2: Notwithstanding the foregoing, a petition signed by twenty-five (25) members in good standing may be submitted to the Secretary no later than July 1st of each year, nominating any eligible member in good standing for any office or directorship to be filled at the Annual Meeting.
