Young Professionals Award

This award is given to individuals who work in wireless, are under the age of 35, and execute some of our industry's most innovative ideas, showing creativity and influence. A joint effort between IWCE and RCA, the Young Professionals Award is an opportunity to recognize and elevate those young leaders across the wireless industry.

Nominations are sought from everyone across the world of wireless, and are reviewed and scored by a team represented by members of RCA and IWCE. The Young Professional Award recipients receive their awards on the mainstage at the annual IWCE Conference in Las Vegas NV, and receive membership in the Radio Club of America.

The nomination period for the 2023 Young Professionals Award will open in Q4 2022.
