The Radio Club of America Awards Program is an industry premier event. 

Every year, it is preceded by the day-long Technical Symposium.

2025 RCA Weekend Schedule & Events

Thursday, November 20 – Evening Monument Tour

Join us for a private lighted monument tour via motor coach. Stops include:

• Capitol, White House, Washington Monument, Jefferson Memorial, WWII Memorial

• Lincoln Memorial (30 minutes – nearby Vietnam and Korean War Memorials)

• FDR Memorial (30 minutes – nearby MLK Memorial)

• Iwo Jima Memorial (10 minutes)

Cost: $50 per person.

Friday, November 21 – Private Tours

Travel via motor coach for two exclusive tours:

• Goddard Space Center

• NSA Cryptologic Museum
  (Lunch break included between tours)

Schedule: Depart from hotel in the morning, return by ~3:00 p.m. Final times announced mid-November.
Cost: $50 per person.
Security Requirements: Additional documentation required; Real ID or US passport must be presented on the day of the tour.

Evening: Free time on your own.

Saturday, November 22 – Symposium & Awards

Technical Symposium

• Time: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (breakfast and lunch included for paid attendees)

• Format: Fully in-person; all presentations recorded for later viewing on our YouTube channel.

Cocktail Reception

• Time: 5:30 p.m.

• Location: Adjacent to banquet venue.

116th Awards Banquet

• Time: 7:00–10:00 p.m.

• Highlights: Recognition of our 2025 awardees and induction of new RCA Fellows.

• Keynote: To be announced soon!
